Climbing - Adventure Trekking:
Trekking and climbing on Pilion on excellent, safe adventure tracks of varying levels of difficulty. We recommend the following climbs:
Koukourava - Sarakinos - Ag. Nikolakis
Climbing on limestone rocks, with heights from ten to thirty-five metres approximately, beginning at Agios Nikolaos and extending to Koukourava. A climbing area with varying levels of difficulty, close to the city of Volos.
Mylopotamos
One of the best climbing areas.
The climbs are on rocks along the shore at Mylopotamos. There are fourteen in all, with heights from 10-20m, most of them very challenging.
Agria
About 25 climbs of varying difficulty, on the Anemoutsa limestone rocks, with heights from 10-25m.
